Ember Regis is supporting two big events to highlight the value of digital media – both to businesses and to non-commercial organisations.
We are already working on a series of promotional films about a conference staged at Alton Towers entitled Using Digital Media in Marketing and Communications and targeted at small and medium sized enterprises. Among the keynote speakers were Anthony Lilley, News International Visiting Professor of Broadcast Media at the University of Oxford, and Dr Jon Salkeld, the Managing Director of Optronics Division of the science and technology solutions provider QinetiQ.
Ember Regis director Robin Powell spoke at another conference, Podcasting for Education, in Coventry. Robin will sit on a discussion panel alongside Maverick TV producer Patrick Flavelle and John Hirst, Head of Creation GCap Media plc. He will talk about the success of Warwick iCast, the ground-breaking internet TV service which Ember Regis produces in conjunction with the University of Warwick.
